Return – Refund and Exchange policy
Our business model is Made to Order, so the final products are custom printed and unique just for you. We will make a replacement or issue a refund in case the item that you received is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or the materially of the product different from information we descibe from our website.
How to submit a request:
You have to submit a replacement request or refund request within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at CONTACT PAGE. Please provide your order number as well as the email address used to place the order when send us an email. Keep in mind that attach your photos to clarify your case and help us understand your issue:
- Wrong size: one photo of size tag and photos of measurement as guided below:
- Wrong design, misspellings, defective product: One photo focusing on the issue in close distance.
- Other issues: One photo focusing on the issue, please clarify your issue carefully.
Note: We will use this information to look into a replacement/refund and prevent future errors.
Replacement and Refund details:
When you submit a request to receive a replacement or refund, we will check your request carefully and respond to this case within 1-3 bussiness days.
Replacement:
- We will send you a replacement after checking your request and notice that this is our mistake.
Refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will inspect it and issue a refund within 10 business days.
- We may ask to return the product to the return address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping rates ìf we accept to return our product.
*Not eligible for refund/ replacement
We do not accept to refund in case:
- Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of the products that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- You do not send back the order.
- You is not satisfied with your package but the item does not have a problem (For example, the customer is not satisfied with coloring, texture, smell, the item does not fit, etc.)
- You already filed for a refund (return of charge) from a credit card company.
- You do not provide detailed information related to their refund request(For example: We may ask the customer to send the photo of the item and the statement of delivery.).
- The item lost due to a natural disaster, abnormal climate, planned blackout, or other unavoidable cause.
Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us via Email and provide your order number and the reason for your cancellation, once we receive your request, we will cancel your order and issue a refund
We will charge you a cancellation fee as below to cover the processing cancellation and the payment gateway fee that they charges us when receive your payment
- Orders under $50: $5 cancellation fee
- Orders over $50: 15% cancellation fee
